Fresh from the Garden

I love playing in the dirt.

My herb garden that grows in my front yard…

A half wine barrel full of salad and edible flowers…

 

Pretty flowers…

and more pretty flowers…

But the best part is growing good things to eat,

like green onions

and potatoes (who knew potatoes could be so pretty)

and peas

 

yummy cabbage

broccoli

zucchini

tiny little green bean plants

and tomatoes.

By the way, this is my attempt to show the beauty
and excitement of growing food.
In case you are wondering, I do have weeds and potato bugs as well.  I just didn't include those pictures!
